
Growth Representative
Expectations:
Develop and utilize relationships with agents, transaction coordinators, team leads, the Broker-In-Charge, and other key decision makers to grow revenue
Build relationships through multiple platforms/opportunities
Large group presentations
1:1 meetings
Office drop bys
Warm Calls
Cold Calls
Sponsorship events/social events
Demonstrated ability and willingness to schedule inspections and support the Ops team
Manage and track all activity through the CRM (client relationship manager)
Follow provided scripts and workflow blueprint
Routine field visits with Growth Leader
Understand market share and create strategies to grow market share in specific locations
Track all expenses and submit expense report
Attend required training events, including:
30 day immersion training with the Ops team
Attend 20 in person meetings/presentations with Growth Leader
Weekly Activities:
Weekly KPI accountability meetings
Calling leads (10 hours)
Lead generation (6 hours)
Running a route with 5 offices a week (8 hours)
Presentations/Meetings (15 hours)

Requirements:
Must have NC driver’s license and own transportation
Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel)
Ability to learn CRM and scheduling software
Work Schedule:
This position works remote 50% of the time and is in the field 50% of the time
Full time Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm
Some flexibility with hours depending on activities
The position reports to the Growth Team Leader
Compensation:
Base salary plus commission
Monthly fuel allowance
