
Client Care Coordinator
We are seeking a Client Care Coordinator for our growing home inspection team! Must be a well organized self-starter who is able to learn new technology easily, provide excellent customer service, and have great phone skills. This position requires someone who can be interrupted frequently, maintain a positive attitude, and share our belief that other people come first! This role interacts with clients and their real estate agents through phone calls, email, and text to help them schedule their home inspections and answer questions. This includes gathering information for an inspection and entering data into our online scheduling software. An ideal candidate would have high volume scheduling experience and have the opportunity to influence the future success of the company.
Qualifications/Skills Needed:
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
Background in the Real Estate Industry or Medical scheduling is a plus
High school diploma required, further education preferred
Excellent professional communication abilities, both written and verbal
Highly organized multi-tasker who works well unsupervised
Willing to learn new industry specific software
Experience managing social media accounts is a plus
Responsibilities:
Create an excellent first impression and maintain the best client experience through every interaction
Schedule inspections using online scheduling system
Develop and grow our client and real estate agent relationships
Coordinate some services using outside vendors
Schedule client follow up calls to assist with any questions and ask for referrals
Will occasionally be required to interact through social media.
