Septic Inspections

A septic system is more than a tank in your backyard.  It’s a complex system that manages and handles the sewage and waste water from your home, which is why a septic inspection is so important.

According to the Environment Protection Agency, in the United States, 25% of homes depends on a septic system. Septic systems are like any other type of system in that they can malfunction or break over time. If you are buying a home with a septic system, it is essential to get the system inspected before closing on your home.

When buying a home with a septic system, you should get a septic inspection to figure out if the system needs fixing or replacing.  If you don’t, you can find yourself with a massive repair bill.
