Service Team Opportunities

We are seeking an experienced licensed NC Home Inspector for our growing home inspection team! Must be a well organized self-starter who is able to learn new technology easily, provide excellent customer service, and have great communication skills. We are in the real estate service industry and this position requires daily travel to multiple locations within a 60 mile service radius service area. This position requires someone who can be interrupted frequently, maintain a positive attitude, and share our belief that other people come first! Qualifications/Skills Needed:

The job requires the candidate to inspect residential properties and report on the condition of the property. This is a physically demanding job, requiring the use of ladders, walking on roofs, crawling under houses, entering attics, and standing for long periods. This job requires driving to multiple locations each day. If you are not able to be on your feet most of the day or do not enjoy driving to multiple locations, this job is not for you.

  • NC Licensed Home Inspector, minimum 1 year of experience
  • Excellent professional communication abilities, both written and verbal
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Highly organized multi-tasker who works well unsupervised
  • Willing to learn new industry specific software
  • Valid driver’s license


Responsibilities:

  • Follow company processes and procedures to perform home inspections according to the state Standards of Practice
  • Review findings with clients and agents

Operation Team Opportunities

We are seeking a Client Care Coordinator for our growing home inspection team! Must be a well organized self-starter who is able to learn new technology easily, provide excellent customer service, and have great phone skills. This position requires someone who can be interrupted frequently, maintain a positive attitude, and share our belief that other people come first! If you enjoy serving others in a fast-paced industry, talking on the phone, embracing the challenge of multitasking, and creating flexible solutions, we look forward to hearing from you!

This role interacts with clients and their real estate agents through phone calls, email, and text to help them schedule their home inspections and answer questions. This includes gathering information for an inspection and entering data into our online scheduling software. An ideal candidate would have high volume scheduling experience and have the opportunity to influence the future success of the company.

 

Qualifications/Skills Needed:

  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
  • Background in the Real Estate Industry or Medical scheduling is a plus
  • High school diploma required, further education preferred
  • Excellent professional communication abilities, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized multi-tasker who works well unsupervised
  • Willing to learn new industry specific software
  • Experience managing social media accounts is a plus

 

Responsibilities:

  • Create an excellent first impression and maintain the best client experience through every interaction
  • Schedule inspections using online scheduling system
  • Develop and grow our client and real estate agent relationships
  • Coordinate some services using outside vendors
  • Schedule client follow up calls to assist with any questions and ask for referrals

Dynamic Outside Sales Professional - Triangle and Triad Markets

Expectations:

  • Develop and utilize relationships with agents, transaction coordinators, team leads, the Broker-In-Charge, and other key decision makers to grow revenue
  • Build relationships through multiple platforms/opportunities
    • Large group presentations
    • 1:1 meetings
    • Office drop bys
    • Warm Calls

  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to schedule inspections and support the Ops team
  • Manage and track all activity through the CRM (client relationship manager)
  • Follow provided scripts and workflow blueprint
  • Routine field visits with Growth Leader
  • Understand market share and create strategies to grow market share in specific locations
  • Track all expenses and submit expense report
  • Attend required training events, including:
    • 30 day immersion training with the Ops team
    • Attend 20 in person meetings/presentations with Growth Leader

 

Weekly Activities:

  • Weekly KPI accountability meetings
  • Calling leads (10 hours)
  • Lead generation (6 hours)
  • Running a route with 5 offices a week (8 hours)
  • Presentations/Meetings (15 hours)

  • This position works remote 50% of the time and is in the field 50% of the time
  • Full time Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm
  • Some flexibility with hours depending on activities
  • The position reports to the Growth Team Leader

 

Compensation:

  • Base salary plus commission
  • Monthly fuel allowance
