Emily is from Winston Salem and now lives in the Wallburg area of Davidson county with her husband Todd and two children, Peyton and Parker. Emily's family spends a lot of her time on the baseball and softball ball fields watching her children do what they love. In any free time they have they love to take their camper and go camping and make memories together as a family! They also raise black Angus beef cattle on their family farm. Emily has worked in an administrative assistant role for over 16 years and is currently the scheduling manager for our client care team. Her passion for customer service and helping others has complimented and strengthened our team's brand.

Courtney Webb

Client Care Coordinator

Courtney Webb is from Greensboro, NC and is passionate about seeing to the needs of others. She has worked in customer service for 12 years and enjoys bringing a smile to every person she encounters. She values every moment spent with her family and friends, whether it be road trips, live music, Broadway shows, baseball games or a cozy night in! She is a dog mom to three beautiful pups and loves taking trips to her two favorite places, the NC coast and Tennessee!

Kristin Simmons

Growth Team Lead

Five years ago Kristin was the first hire to the Assurance Team. She answered an ad for part time phone support and jumped in with no clear understanding of what the future would hold. Needless to say Kristin has been passionate about the Assurance brand and growth. Kristin is a part of the executive leadership team and also oversees the growth team.

Kristin’s faith and family are what matter most to her. Kristin and her husband Jerrold have led a weekly community for six years through their church, Mercy Hill. Her three sons, Eli, Knox, and Briggs keep their home very active. Kristin’s Giant Schnauzer pup, Flint, has only added to the fun and chaos of an all boy home!💙

Delaney Weaver

I’m Delaney, a born & raised North Carolinian who loves having both options of beach and mountains. I’m a ‘forever student’ at heart and love learning, researching, and getting things done (my favorite question is “when can we start?”) I’ve worked with small businesses, non-profits and in hospitality where the common denominator is that I love to build relationships & serving others. I enjoy working with Assurance as a part of the larger team that serves agents and clients. When I’m not working, you’ll find me spending my days with my 3 favorite boys, exploring outside or cozying up with a good read.

David Corbet

Founder & Home Inspector

David Corbett has a passion for life and is a self proclaimed adventure seeker! After receiving his BS in Mechanical Engineering from NC State, he worked in the engineering and construction fields for 15 years before starting Assurance Home Inspections in 2014. After working on his own for 5 years, he began to grow Assurance Home Inspections to pursue his passion to serve others better as a team than he could ever do on his own. He and his wife Laura have been married since 2000 and have 4 children. Many weekends you can try to find him riding his dirt bike in the mountains, but he might be hard to catch! Fun facts: he loves to crunch ice, enjoys salty foods instead of sweets, and sometimes you may spot him riding a unicycle down the country roads.

Wade Falls

Service Manager & Home Inspector

Wade was born and raised in Martinsville VA.  He moved to Greensboro in 2001 where he lives today with his wife, Brenda and little outlaw miniature schnauzer Josey Wales. Wade became a Home Inspector in 2018 after making a career change from the retail world where he was a manager at Lowe’s for 13yrs. Wade and his wife are active members of Mount Pisgah Church and are dedicated to serving Christ and serving others. He is grateful and excited for the opportunity to put all these experiences to work at Assurance Home Inspections. Wade has played and is a fan of most all sports. He truly relishes the satisfaction and fulfillment that comes from being part of and leading a successful team.

Laura Corbett

Radon Technician

I’m Laura Corbett, wife to David for 23 years. We have 4 kids and a rat terrier named Charlie. While they are in school you can find me helping Assurance by driving all over the Triad managing radon tests, collecting water samples, and occasionally running air quality tests. When not in my car I enjoy baking, HIIT classes, walking/hiking Charlie, or thrifting with my kids. The fall season, watching football, visiting the mountains, and a great cup of coffee are a few things that make my heart sing. I’ve been told more than a few times I walk with a purpose - my kids think they are practically running and have learned to keep their eyes on me in a grocery store or they get left behind!

Adam Santiago

Hello, I'm Adam Santiago, originally from Fayetteville, North Carolina, and a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. I proudly served as a US Army firefighter for 11 years. When I'm not working, you'll find me going on adventures with my wife and daughter, playing board games, watching UFC matches, or just hanging out by a campfire with friends. In addition to these passions, I'm actively working toward a dream of owning a farm with a variety of animals, where I hope to embrace a peaceful and fulfilling life after my time in the military. It's about getting back to nature and finding tranquility in a simpler way of living. Together, these aspects of my life define the journey I'm on, filled with adventure, camaraderie, and the pursuit of a serene future.

Amador Francisco

Amador is from High Point NC. He is a family man with 3 girls and 1 boy, all in their 20s, he loves to FaceTime them and takes a lot of selfie pictures. He believes that family is important, so he makes sure every moment counts. He likes gardening and has trimmed and trained a few bonsai trees. After working on his medical degree he worked as a fitness trainer. He likes nature and can play chess all day long . Him and his wife Christine love decorating and staging homes.

Bo Reeves

Bo joins Assurance from a career as a carpenter and building contractor. He has renovated and restored homes across North Carolina. Bo has a Bachelors degree in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. He currently lives in Durham and enjoys spending his free time outdoors.

John Neiers

Home Inspector

John was born and raised in Greensboro. After bouncing around between Georgia and Arizona for school and work he decided NC was home after all. He has a lifelong passion for music and over the years has learned to play a number of instruments. In his free time, John enjoys working on those instruments, beekeeping and most of all, spending time with his girlfriend and dog.

Kevin is an Air Force Veteran and retiree from the City of Raleigh. When he's not performing home inspections, he enjoys spending time with his family on their screened porch and playing guitar. He also enjoys spending time on the water sailing with is first mate, a Jack Russell-Schnauzer mix, Mr. Nibs.

Kyle McKeel

Kyle was born and raised in Durham. He attended UNC Wilmington, where he met his wife, and the two returned back to the Triangle, where they currently live. At home, he enjoys movie nights, playing with his dog, or working in the yard. (Only when the weather is nice!) If Kyle isn’t home, or at work he is most certainly on a golf course somewhere! He remains very active with his family and friends, and enjoys being with them every chance he can!

Randy Parrish

Randy is from Kernersville and became a home inspector in 2020, previously in the construction field for 10 years. Randy enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, but also loves when he can get a good day of golf in or even heading out to the driving range to hit some balls and work on that swing! He also enjoys a relaxed night messing around on his guitars, bonfires on a cool night, family beach & lake trips in the summer.

Ryan Wall

Ryan Wall is from Greensboro, NC and graduated from ECPI University with a degree in IT and then decided to pursue his license in home inspections. He is an avid lover of soccer, playing during his college years and later coaching for various clubs and schools for kids in his hometown. He is a loving husband and father and makes time for his large family as much as possible while balancing his various gaming clubs.

Skyler Perkins

Skyler is from Roxboro, NC and is a proud graduate of NC State University. In addition to rooting for the Wolfpack, Carolina Panthers, and Boston Red Sox, Skyler remains active with his own hobbies. Between disc golf, golf, and playing in a soccer league, he makes sure to scratch his competitive itch. He values time spent with his girlfriend, family, and friends whether it’s a night out to dinner, a chill evening by a fire, or relaxing at the beach or lake.

Trey Waters

Trey was born and raised in Gastonia. Growing up he raced motocross and skateboarded competitively. He’s always loved an adrenaline rush and still chases it to this this day (but now mostly under crawl spaces).
